I’ve been here a few times for curbside pickup and that experience has been great! My order has always been correct, and hot! The food is cooked very well! I’m impressed with the eggs because most Cracker Barrel’s give you runny eggs and I hate that! The food is well done. Customer service has been great also. I’m not sure how the dine in experience is but for curbside, they are awesome!
This was not a good experience at the Goodyear location. I will say, the staff was very friendly and helpful, although a little slow about cleaning. The environment: The store was cute and clean. They were only seating people in the first little area of the restaurant, so there were 6 of 12 tables filled, but everyone was sitting at tables next to each other, not alternating tables or anything. One of the chairs at our table was covered in crumbs and the floor around the other side of the table looked like a drink had spilled and been left to dry in a sticky mess. Lastly, more than half of the unoccupied tables in the area were covered with dirty dishes the whole time we were there. The food: Our food appeared literally 5 minutes after we ordered.... There is no way in hell quality food can be cooked in 5 minutes. My chicken and dumplings were congealed into a monotonous mess and looked like it had sat around until they microwaved it, the baby carrots are so soft I didn't even have to chew them. All I could hear in my head was Gordon Ramsey saying, "you're serving them THAT?! And you think it's okay?!" In the end, I have NO CLUE how this place has so many great reviews because this was absolutely the worst restaurant experience I've ever had.
I had a very good experience at the location! The food was great and timely and the wait to be seated during lunch rush was so quick! But this review is mainly meant to say how awesome our server Jennifer N. She was the best server I've ever had and especially when so busy and short staffed she was quick and very sweet! Will definitely be coming here every time I come into town!
Great service, and the food hit the spot dead center, above the high expectations target. No wait made even more impressive as 2 to 4 hour waits were in effect at every other restaurant within 15 miles as a result of all the graduation dinners going on. The Biscuit Beniet was a great new item for desert.
FYI - They are “no longer doing the 6’ rule anymore” according to the hostess who was not wearing her mask correctly (nose uncovered). This was interesting because on our way into the restaurant we heard the recording playing that said everyone should wear a mask and observe the 6’ rules. There are still dots on the floor in the store at the register but just be aware you will be sitting right next to unmasked stranger while you are eating....no thanks!!!
