Summerstone is a quiet place with friendly staff that is close to pretty much anything that you would want to do. A mall, bookstores, restaurants and walking trails, like the Boys Ranch. It is also in a great school district and is pet friendly. I have really enjoyed living here.
I highly recommend this apartment complex to everyone out there it’s very quiet and nice the management are great i scheduled a tour the other day with Stephanie Gutierrez ,she was very nice and professional she showed me all the options was available that was very helpful not like some other apartments complex when you go they barely talk to you I’ll definitely look forward to rent one here .

ROACHES GALORE 2018-19 I guess we were very unlucky bc we moved here from CA, only to be taking first day videos and see roaches. When we told office staff, they said we brought the roaches... we hadn't moved anything in yet [our furniture was not here yet, and we know better]. In the 6 months we lived here our AC probably went out 5-10 times a month. We moved out and they charged us hundreds of dollars because we left cleaning supplies under the sink and they had to clean the carpet [which they do no matter what and we had it professionally cleaned]. We paid them the money, only to be harassed for another payment days later because they lost the money order [I kept my receipt of course]. Months later our new apartment complex said that we owed them a balance still, and had to pay it before we could move in. I had to call and remind them what happened to hear "oh we just didn't update the system". Here I am moving again, and guess what ? ugh, so frustrating living here and the aftermath.
