I am beyond disappointed with our experience here. They only get 1 star because in the end at least the floor looks good. We had this company come put in luxury vinyl plank and carpet in our new home. I talked with them about some pricing things to see what it would cost (carpet removal etc) versus us doing it ourselves. I appreciated the estimate with the pricing breakdown. There were many issues and we should have walked away immediately but we kept hoping it would get better. 1) The estimator couldn't make the appointment. No problem, except you only called me an hour before. It affected us, our realtor, and the people we were purchasing the house from. 2) The LVP crew didn't show up on the day they were supposed to. We had to reschedule for the next day. No real apology, but they did say they'd put our trip back up for free because of their mistake... 3) They stole our drill. I called 5 times over 3 weeks to ask politely about where it was, assuming the best, that it had accidentally been taken in their mix of tools. Eventually I was asked if I wanted them to buy me a new drop because she couldn't find it. I said that sounded appropriate. A month after the job was "completed" the drill was returned when they came to put one last piece of flooring in. No apology. Nothing. When I pursued them passing for the drill we did have to buy because we had projects to complete. They wouldn't pay for it, even though they'd had my drill for a month, hadn't told me, and said they'd pay for it. 4) The guy had to return to put the final piece in and do the trim that was promised us because of their original mistake, (a month after the job was "completed"), we didn't receive notification that he was coming. He just showed up. He put the trim up begrudgingly and said we'd be billed for it. 5) When we spoke to the office personnel about these issues, they didn't seem to care about how we had been treated or put out because of their errors. Errors happen, but the important thing is to try to rectify them, which they did very poorly. The mission statement of the company says they want to be "smooth, personable, trustworthy, and professional." Smooth - late, twice; Personable - not apologetic or helpful; Trustworthy - stole my property; Professional - absolutely not. They were none of these things. I'm so disappointed and will be recommending friends go elsewhere for their flooring needs.

Great group to work with. They did a modest kitchen remodel - floors, cabinets and countertop. Their design team was super helpful; installers were timely and professional; and the office team responsive and genuine. Best of all, the kitchen looks great!
I had carpet installed in two rooms and hallway, also replaced my bathroom floor with rich looking luxury vinyl planks. I love it! The installers were very courteous and professional and all for a great price. Also, they have many samples to look at. I am fully satisfied. They also offer free estimates.
